*It would be really awesome if they'd filmed their creative meetings with Gary.  I would love to have seen Gary pitching his idea of dressing in drag to discover how women are special.  

If the show had used short clips from Gary and Adam's creative meetings with executives as introductions to scenes, this po-mo reality aspect of the show would have offset any sense that Gary and/or Adam might be 'hamming it up' on camera.  And it would have been really entertaining.

Sadly, after pondering this thought, it occurred to me that if Gary knew he was being filmed during creative meetings, the meetings would probably be entirely unproductive with Gary's acting up all the time.  Also, Adam's scene introductions and mid-scene commentaries are really funny and don't need to be replaced.
